Ingredients

3 Lamb chops (approximately, 100 gr. each)
150 gr. Pumpkin
Herb oil (EV olive oil with freshly chopped parsley, rosemary, thyme and chives)

Preparation

  1. Cut the pumpkin in cubes, sprinkle with salt and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Rinse the pumpkin and Roast it in the oven, at 340°F, with some olive oil and rosemary, until soft (about 20 minutes).
  3. Grill the lamb chops to the desired temperature.
  4. Serve the lamb with the pumpkin and drizzle with herb oil.
