Ingredients
3 | Lamb chops (approximately, 100 gr. each) | |
150 | gr. | Pumpkin |
Herb oil (EV olive oil with freshly chopped parsley, rosemary, thyme and chives) |
Preparation
- Cut the pumpkin in cubes, sprinkle with salt and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Rinse the pumpkin and Roast it in the oven, at 340°F, with some olive oil and rosemary, until soft (about 20 minutes).
- Grill the lamb chops to the desired temperature.
- Serve the lamb with the pumpkin and drizzle with herb oil.
