La Mozzarella di Bufala Campana

Ingredients

125 gr. Mozzarella Casa Madaio
175 gr. Cuore di Bue tomatoes
Basil leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Cut the mozzarella in half.
  2. Lay on top of the sliced tomatoes.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  4. Garnish with fresh basil.
