125 | gr. | Mozzarella Casa Madaio |
175 | gr. | Cuore di Bue tomatoes |
Basil leaves | ||
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Extra virgin olive oil |
Preparation
- Cut the mozzarella in half.
- Lay on top of the sliced tomatoes.
- Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Garnish with fresh basil.
