90 | gr. | Sirloin steak (entrecote), thinly sliced |
185 | ml. | Mayonnaise |
2 | tbsp. | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | tbsp. | Mustard |
1 | tbsp. | Lemon juice |
2 | tbsp. | Milk |
Salt and white pepper to taste |
Preparation
- Mix the sauce ingredients.
- Lay thinly sliced sirloin steaks on a plate.
- Garnish with sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
