Ingredients

90 gr. Sirloin steak (entrecote), thinly sliced
185 ml. Mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Mustard
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
2 tbsp. Milk
Salt and white pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix the sauce ingredients.
  2. Lay thinly sliced sirloin steaks on a plate.
  3. Garnish with sauce.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
