Ingredients
80 | g | Veal loin, completely clean, finely chopped by hand |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
1 | tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
Shaved white truffle to taste |
Preparation
- Hand-chop the meat and season lightly.
- Add the oil and some truffles and mix well.
- Shape on a serving plate.
- Top with extra truffles.
