Ingredients

80 g Veal loin, completely clean, finely chopped by hand
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Shaved white truffle to taste

Preparation

  1. Hand-chop the meat and season lightly.
  2. Add the oil and some truffles and mix well.
  3. Shape on a serving plate.
  4. Top with extra truffles.
