Insalata Roberto's

Ingredients
50 | gr. | One slice of Cuore di Bue tomato |
50 | gr. | Mixed salad leaves |
2 | leaves | Cobb lettuce |
2 | Celeriac chips (thinly sliced celeriac, cooked on the grill) | |
20 | ml. | Balsamic dressing (flower petals, pine-seeds) |
Preparation
- Season the mixed leaves with salt, olive oil and a few drops of Balsamic dressing.
- Layer the salad in the following order: tomato-cobb - lettuce mixed – lettuce cobb lettuce mixed – lettuce celeriac chips.
- Garnish as in picture.
- This salad is served in Roberto’s with either San Daniele ham, grilled Tomino cheese, pan-fried scallops, etc.
