Le Pere al Nebbiolo con Gelato e Panettone

Ingredients

12 Pears, peeled
1 l. Nebbiolo wine
500 gr. Sugar
1 Stick of cinnamon
1 piece Orange peel
1 tsp. Cornstarch

Preparation

  1. Boil the pears slowly with wine, sugar, orange and cinnamon.
  2. When pears are soft, thicken the sauce with cornstarch and leave to cool.
