Le Pere al Nebbiolo con Gelato e Panettone

Ingredients
12 | Pears, peeled | |
1 | l. | Nebbiolo wine |
500 | gr. | Sugar |
1 | Stick of cinnamon | |
1 | piece | Orange peel |
1 | tsp. | Cornstarch |
Preparation
- Boil the pears slowly with wine, sugar, orange and cinnamon.
- When pears are soft, thicken the sauce with cornstarch and leave to cool.
