Rucola e Parmigiano

Ingredients

50 gr. Rucola
20 gr. Parmesan flakes
Olive oil
Salt
Balsamic dressing
Toasted pine nuts (garnish)

Preparation

  1. Season the rucola with salt and olive oil. Toss well.
  2. Serve and top with the Parmesan flakes, a few drops of balsamic dressing and garnish with pine nuts.
