20 | gr. | Parmesan flakes |

Balsamic dressing | ||
Toasted pine nuts (garnish) |
Preparation
- Season the rucola with salt and olive oil. Toss well.
- Serve and top with the Parmesan flakes, a few drops of balsamic dressing and garnish with pine nuts.
