Ingredients
100 | gr. | Fresh spinach leaves |
30 | gr. | Clarified butter |
½ | Clove of garlic | |
½ | tbsp. | Lemon juice |
Salt to taste |
Preparation
- Heat the butter in a sauté pan.
- Add the spinach and sauté until wilted.
- Add the crushed garlic and salt and toss well.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve immediately.
