Spinach

Ingredients

100 gr. Fresh spinach leaves
30 gr. Clarified butter
½ Clove of garlic
½ tbsp. Lemon juice
Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Heat the butter in a sauté pan.
  2. Add the spinach and sauté until wilted.
  3. Add the crushed garlic and salt and toss well.
  4. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve immediately.
