Preparation
- Put the whole eggs, egg yolks and sugar in a large mixing bowl and whisk on high speed for about 15 minutes or until the mixture is pale and fluffy.
- Place ⅔ of the mixture into a mixing bowl and set aside.
- Add the Mascarpone cheese to the remaining ⅓ and whisk until no lumps of cheese are visible.
- Slowly add the remaining ⅔ back into the mixture.
- Add the Grappa.
- Build the Tiramisu by soaking Biscotti biscuits in coffee and adding the cream in layers.
