Tortino al Ciocolatto

Ingredients

1000 gr. Dark chocolate
400 gr. Butter
400 gr. Sugar
20 Eggs
400 gr. Flour

Preparation

  1. Melt chocolate and butter.
  2. Whisk the eggs and sugar.
  3. Mix the eggs, sugar and melted chocolate fold in flour.
  4. Put the mixture in containers. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
